Ideal Play Abacus India Private Limited (IPA) was founded in 2003 by a team of visionary women entrepreneurs with a mission to revolutionize children’s education through the abacus. Over the years, IPA has emerged as a leader in abacus maths training, brain development, and mental arithmetic programs, reaching thousands of young learners in India and across the globe.

Our Leadership

At the helm of IPA is Mrs. Shaarada K. Sriram, Managing Director, a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant. She has an outstanding academic track record, including All India 10th rank in Chartered Accountancy, a gold medal in ICWA, and recognition as the Best Outgoing Student of Stella Maris College.

Her professional journey began as a Funds Manager at Unit Trust of India, but her passion for children’s education led her to establish Ideal Play Abacus. With over 16 years of expertise in the abacus education sector, Mrs. Shaarada has successfully steered IPA into becoming a pioneer in abacus maths and mental development programs across India and beyond.
